Instagram vs reality ??‍♀️? It's odd how much we seek approval from others, getting validation from compliments and likes. Even today I looked at the photo on the left and thought to myself that's not "Instagram worthy" enough for this post because my face looks weird and I have a skin roll ? But that just goes to show the amount of pressure we put on ourselves to seem perfect!! But we don't need to! These are normal things and we don't look the same in all our photos! You shouldn't need a 'perfect' 'instagrammable' photo of yourself to love yourself. You shouldn't let the amount of likes you get, dictate how you feel about yourself. We all look different and those differences make you, you!! Nobody looks the same 24/7 in all their photos so don't be hard on yourself trying to look like everyone you see on social media!! Love your uniqueness because it's amazing and makes you the lovely person that you are!! ?☀️ PS I'm sorry if you're getting bored of these, I love posting them and many people love them so I'm not gonna stop ?? —————————————— . . . #thankyourbody #bodypositive #bodyconfidence #nobodyshame #reality #selfesteem #selfacceptance #lawofattraction #youareworthit #youareunique #insecurities #healthyhabits #loveyourbody #effyourbeautystandards

Insecurity ? I put on a bikini just for the purpose of taking photos for Instagram, on the left I almost cracked my back out of place from trying to bend it and pulled my butt cheeks up one by one to make them appear bigger. And on the right I am just relaxing my body. ? I had scoliosis surgery and therefore cannot bend my back like most people can due to the titanium in my spine. I had always been horribly self conscious about my back having no curves and appearing wide when I sit relaxed. I've posted about it before and would get insecure/jealous when I saw images of people with curvy bodies. I thought they looked like this 24/7 from behind. I would get so upset because I knew I could not look like that all the time. But the truth is, nobody does. A picture is just a split second. We all look different from different angles. But all these angles are still our bodies. We are equally worthy in all our photos. I am no longer insecure about the way my body looks on the right because I know nobody looks like the photo on the right all the time. That's my body and I should not be ashamed of it!! ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bodypositive #alsome #mybody #notashamed #loveyourbody #selfconfidence #beyourself #glutes #begrateful #selflove #bewhoyouare #bootygoals

Instagram vs reality ?? Sometimes it's funny to think about how posed some of my Instagram photos are ? On the left I'm posing pretending to be all casual, just chilling on a bridge. When in reality I was waiting for all the other people to cross the bridge so I could run in and get a few photos before panic running off to move for all the people starting to cross the bridge behind me ? But in all seriousness, photos are not reality. So this is why we should never compare our life to someone's on social media. We pick the best parts and most flattering angles. So when you see 'bad photos' of yourself don't let them get you down, learn to appreciate your body from all angles. Don't have a goal of losing a certain amount of weight or looking a certain way for a holiday or to look good in photos. Because that'll lead to unnecessary pressure and sometimes disappointment. Life's too serious, learn to laugh at yourself and be okay with your body rather than hating on it. These photos may seem overdone but I love doing them and it's just a reminder for all of those who need it today ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bopowarrior #allbodiesarebeautiful #bodyconfidence #beforeandafter #nobodyshame #loveyourbody #healthyhabits #selfesteem #selfacceptance #lawofattraction #thankyourbody #youareworthit #youareunique #flaws #insecurities #instagramvsreallife

Los mejores trucos para lucir perfecta

View this post on Instagram

Tummy fat ? When I used to sit down I would attempt to suck in my tummy and appear as lean as I could to avoid looking bigger. But why did I bother?? Everybody's fat gathers into one place when they sit. It's very normal. Some people have fat rolls and others don't. This does not make you any less of a person. It makes you a person with a body that does body things. I personally don't have fat rolls because my back does not physically bend due to the titanium in my spine, instead it gathers into one little lump and just chills there ☺️ Do not stress about these things. Don't feel like you need to suck in your tummy constantly while you sit. Do not let things like this make you feel like you need to crash diet and exercise excessively. Because it's not necessary. You can be the fit and gym everyday and still have fat, you need that fat. It's normal. Nobody has 0% body fat!!! So please don't stress about it. Sometimes when I look down while sitting in a bikini, the bikini bottom almost disappears as my tummy covers it. This. Is. Fine. There are more important things to worry about. You are beautiful the way you are and don't need to change yourself. Stay the wonderful person that you are!! ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bodyfat #bodyconfidence #nobodyshame #effyourbeautystandards #loveyourbody #healthyhabits #loveyourbody #selfesteem #selfacceptance #lawofattraction #thankyourbody #youareworthit #youareunique #flaws #insecurities #bodypositive #flexing #sitting

My body ? Ever since I've been a teen I've been horribly self conscious of my tummy area. I would put myself down over having a wide torso and no curves compared to other women in media. I'd think that once I hit puberty I would somehow suddenly get super curvy and all of it would be fixed. But I've realised that that's not going to happen. And that's completely fine. It's not a bad thing at all. I don't want to change this anymore. When I took photos like the one on the right I would feel like my body has not progressed from 2 years of working out at all. But the thing is that bodies will always look different from different angles. Don't let "bad photos" make you hate your body. Because everyone has these bad photos, most people just don't show them. Tummies are designed to have fat on them, it's there to protect your internal organs. Having a flat tummy 24/7 with no fat is impossible because our stomachs are designed to expand when we eat or drink. They're constantly changing and that's completely normal!! I don't think there is anything wrong with either of these photos anymore, they are the same body. I love this body and thank it for functioning and keeping me alive. I feel sometimes we as humans get too caught up in looking good when we should be happy that we have a body that is capable of doing so much. Instead of hating that your body looks a certain way, thank it for functioning and keeping you alive. You only have one body, it's much harder going through life hating it rather than appreciating it for all the incredible things it does. Your body does not define your worth as a person. You look absolutely amazing the way you are, from all angles, at all times of the day ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #mybody #bodypositive #bodyconfidence #nobodyshame #effyourbeautystandards #loveyourbody #healthyhabits #selfesteem #selfacceptance #lawofattraction #thankyourbody #alsome #youareworthit #youareunique #flaws #insecurities

Instagram vs real life ??? If I saw the photo on the left a year ago I would've instantly thought so negatively about my body, that all my hard work from working out was non existent, that if someone looked at me they would've never thought I've been working out for 2 years and think I wasn't trying hard enough. But the thing is is that all bodies look different. Nobody's booty looks round and peachy from all angles. Nobody's body looks the same from all angles. Don't eat less or miss out on your favorite meals/drinks or over exercise to "look good for a holiday" or to "look good in bikini photos" because there will always be angles that are "unflattering" that might make you feel bad when you see them. Instead workout and eat healthy because it makes you feel good, not as a punishment. Start loving and accepting your body at all angles with all your "flaws", instead of trying to fit into societies image of 'beauty' because that image isn't inclusive of all individuals, which is so messed up. Don't hate yourself just because of bad photos, they do not define you as a person. You look the best when you're living life to the fullest and happiest. There's no point in missing out on things and stressing yourself out so much. Life isn't meant to be a competition on who can look the best and we should normalize not having to "look perfect" all the time because it's a ridiculous concept. You are perfect the way you are ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #instagramvsreallife #beforeandafter #lawofattraction #bodypositive #bekindtoyourself #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #veganbooty #youareenough #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #vegansofig #girlswhoworkout #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #loa #fitnessjourney #bopo #bodyacceptance #bodyconfidence #effyourbeautystandards #bepresent #justbe #moderation #balanceddiet #staypositive #thinkpositive

Instagram Booty vs Reality Booty ?? I know butts are currently over glorified in society, but sometimes I get caught up in it when I get a bad angled photo of my butt (especially in progress photos) and feel like no matter how hard I work my butt will never look as good as all the other booties I see in social media. ? So I did a little comparison photo to prove myself wrong and thought I'd share it, because angles and posing make all the difference!! They change how you look completely! Nobody goes around walking like the photo on the left, nobody's booty (or body for that matter) looks like how they do in photos all the time. My booty can go from looking all peachy and round to flat as a pancake in 0.5seconds, just through angles and posing ? When I used to take booty photos for Instagram, I'd take so many from all different angles. It's not like I walked past the mirror and was like ooh let me just snap 1 quick photo. Oh no, no, I have a photoshoot for my booty ? So just remember next time you feel like hating on yourself for not looking like Instagram photos, remember that that's not reality 24/7. You do not need to look like anyone else to be considered beautiful. You are amazing in your own way and you don't need a big booty to be beautiful!! Don't let the pressure of society's standards of beauty get to you! You don't need to change anything and you are absolutely gorgeous inside and out in your own amazing way!! Don't ever change, you're one of a kind and the world needs your uniqueness!! I'm not hating on big butts in any way or hating on people who post booty pics, you post those pics!!! I just want to highlight that you should never compare yourself to anyone, especially photos. Instead start realizing how amazing you are and start loving yourself from all your angles ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bootybuilder #truthbetold #bodypositive #bopowarrior #loveyourself #selfconfidence #beautystandards #bekindtoyourself #youareworthit #youareamazing #bodyimage #everyoneisbeautiful

Bikini body ?? I'm sure we've all had that feeling where you're feeling cute at the beach but then you sit down and all of a sudden feel insecure and don't know how to sit without your tummy feeling oddly too exposed. The other day I went to the beach and would have slight moments where I felt like people were looking at my tummy and these feelings of insecurity where I wanted to hide my tummy because "it didn't look good" sitting down. But I realised that I was being silly and ruining my time at the beach and not enjoying it fully just because of this small silly thing. You really shouldn't feel that way! Everyone looks like this when they sit down! Nobody is judging you and even if someone was then that's a reflection of their inner insecurities, not yours. You are not fat. We all have fat, especially on our tummies and it's completely normal. And that fat does not make you worth any less as a person! Nobody has abs or a flat tummy 24/7 when they sit down. Don't let this idea ruin your time because it's completely normal! If you want to wear a bikini, then wear it cause life's too short not to wear what you want!! You look amazing so wear it with confidence and you'll radiate beauty! ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bikinibody #bodypositive #lawofattraction #beachtime #insecurities #bodyposi #fitnessmotivation #positiveenergy #manifest #bodyfat #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodyacceptance #selflove #bopowarrior #allbodiesarebeautiful #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney #bopo #vegansofig #veganfitness #bbg #positivethinking #positivelife #positivemind #loveyourself #youareenough #youmatter

Noooodles ?? Just silly pictures of me trying so hard to take one of those nice instagram photos where you eat food and look like you're having the time of your life, but then feeling awkward after realizing I'm pretending to eat noodles on my laundry room floor for IG ??‍♀️? it's fine, it's okay, it's cool ? Just gonna be celebrating getting back exam results by laying in bed and being lazy the whole day cause that's all I've been wanting to do for the past 2 months ☺️ Hope you all have a lovely #friyay and an amazing start to the weekend!! ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #noodles #studentlife #unilife #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #exams #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #noodlesoup #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #lazyday #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #manifest #flaws #cheatmeal
