15 de los Postres más desastrosos de la historia que acabaron arruinando los cumpleaños

A veces intentamos hacer postres que vemos en internet con la mejor de nuestras intenciones, pensando que nos va a quedar exactamente igual (o mejor) que en las fotografías. La realidad es bien distinta y en la mayoría de los casos acabamos haciendo un postre de aspecto bastante extraño y además, incomible.

Para que no te sientas solo y desamparado ante semejante tragedia, te vamos a enseñar algunos ejemplos de personas que intentaron hacer un bonito y apetitoso postre y acabó  teniendo un resultado fatal. Recuerda que siempre hay que seguir los pasos y las proporciones para evitar que sucedan estas catástrofes.

I can’t believe I am posting this. Lol. This is the cake I made for my husband’s THIRTIETH birthday. It was supposed to be a big deal, but I ran out of time, and literally frosted it while everyone was at our house, after we ate supper. I melted dark chocolate to make a glaze (normally fine) but I also added some melted dark chocolate to regular frosting to take away some of the sweetness, but still have the thickness of the regular frosting. That was meant to hold together the layers. I had put it in the freezer to chill, but obviously not for long enough. It was used to theoretically hold together the layers. The first three layers held. The last one broke apart as I put it on top (should have left it off!) and when the glaze was added to the top, it just went downhill from there. I was laughing so much at how awful it looked. I had to get everyone to come gather around the island where I had made it, because there was no way I would have been able to successfully move the cake to the table where my husband was sitting. Thankfully, everyone was laughing along with me, as my sweet, and ever-so-gracious husband tried to hold up the cake with a spatula. We sang a quick happy birthday, our daughter helped him blow out the candles, and everyone dug in. We actually got out a ladle as a joke, but it ended up being useful. I never tried the cake (I’m allergic to wheat) but I was told that it tasted like the inside of a chocolate lava cake…. so I guess that’s a win? ? ? ? #Cake #CakeFail #Birthday #AtLeastItTastedGood #Friends #Family #LaughAtYourself #Chocolate #LavaCake #ChocolateLavaCake
